the multi-bazillion dollar industry called Advertizing, (they know all
about cultivating your pleasure centers). After you have been thoroughly
indoctrinated and your pleasure centers primed and ready to eat
something good, diets take them all away from you. Sounds like cruel
and unusual punishment doesn't it? Without your comfort foods you are in
dieting hell! That's why diets make you goofy!

How in the world could I lose weight doing that?
First, by cutting proportions. That is one of the things hypnosis can
support very well. It's actually what all diets are trying to do by
cutting down on what you eat but they are doing it with food you hate.
With this program you should feel satisfied on half of what you ate
before. Half the calories and all the fun and all the satisfaction of
eating your favorite foods. Half the calories everyday should help
anyone lose weight. Right? Hypnosis also helps you plug in your long

You could, but my clients surprisingly don't. The secret to this
program is how you use your favorite foods and your cravings instead of being controlled

The foods that give you your perks are very specific. When you have
a craving for something, it's usually very narrow. I've had clients who
say, " It's any kind of chocolate". No, that's not true. When you had a
taste for chocolate, you may have eaten what ever you can get your hands
on but did it do the trick? Did it satisfy you? Usually not and that's
why you kept eating hoping that the next bit will satisfy your urge.
There is a good explanation for this. Perks are funny things. They
are always very specific, the pick-me-up you are looking for occurs on
the first bit and they tend to be hot and cold. If you have a taste for
something today and you wait till the weekend to have it, that perk is
usually cold by that time. Sound familiar? Not knowing about perks and
urges is at the heart of bingeing. Once you learn about the
characteristics of perk foods and urges, every mystery about why you
like food and why you've had trouble controlling yourself is answered.
Men and women have different food issues and weight loss problems.
Believe it or not, men and women are different. I'm sure I'm not the
first one to tell you that. My weight loss program is designed from the
beginning to work with these differences. One size doesn't fit all and
you'll learn to take advantage of the foods you crave and even your
eating style to tailor a hypnosis program that fits just you.
But I eat bad food, never exercise and I don't like anything that's
good for me.

That's
OK, and that is where many of my clients are starting from. Besides, you already
know switching to diet foods and changing your eating patterns, only works for a short time. You always come back home eventually,
so that is where this program starts. You eat foods
you already love and I show you how to manipulate these old favorites. This
opens the door to adding lower calorie, healthier foods as you go along.

need to in order to reach your goal.

But I have used hypnosis before and it didn't work.

asked for! Aversion is another example of what they tried to force
hypnosis to accomplish. You know, make you hate chocolate cake and love
spinach and green peas. Nothing is going to make that happen. What you
like to eat isn't going to change under any circumstances and nothing is
going to make traditional dieting work, including hypnosis.
